Beginning her career as a first-grade teacher, she realized she could make a broader impact by establishing a school focused on early childhood education. Her school is nationally accredited by APPLE, a testament to its high-quality programs. Dora’s commitment to excellence has made her a cornerstone of the local community. In 1999, she joined the board of Opportunity Early Childhood Center and has since been invited to serve on the board of directors for Star Foundation, reflecting her unwavering dedication to helping all children thrive, regardless of their abilities.
