Board Member
Jessica Eisenfelder became involved with the Star Foundation after accompanying Dr. Rosin to the opening of the Caribbean Autism Center in St. Kitts. There, she saw firsthand how access to appropriate services, early intervention, and compassionate support can transform the lives of children with autism and developmental differences. This experience inspired her commitment to advancing the foundation’s mission.
Jessica graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University and began her career at Accenture, where she spent five years helping to build and implement the firm’s Knowledge Exchange program. Her professional background reflects a deep interest in organizational development, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.
Service has always been a guiding principle in Jessica’s life. She has volunteered with foster children, raised funds for several African education-focused charities, and previously served on the board of Our Father’s House Soup Kitchen. Her dedication to improving the lives of vulnerable children—locally and abroad—continues to shape her work and her commitment to the Star Foundation.
